Simon Smith PG Dip MRTPI
As a Chartered Town planner and member of The Royal Town Planning Institute, Simon over 20 years experience working in both the Public and Private Sectors on a variety of projects from Urban Extensions to Major Infrastructure Projects. Simon has a broad knowledge of householder and new build applications, and this is complimented by his own interest in property and development which he pursues as a private interest.
Simon has therefore a unique blend of experience that offers a commercial slant whilst fully understanding the Planning Process and the ethos of "Sustainable Development".
Simon deals with the architectural design side and has provided detailed plans for new builds, extensions and complex change of use applications for flatted development. This functional knowledge of the construction process allows for projects to be designed not just to achieve success in the planning process but for success at the construction and delivery phase.
